Returns & Exchange policy
If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us, and we will do everything we can to make it right.
- All online orders and purchases come with a 7-day return and exchange policy.
- When you return an item, it must be in its original condition, any tags must be attached, and it must still have all the parts included when it was delivered.
- Your refund will only be processed after we have received and approved your return. After approval, we will refund the cost of the item purchased. However, you will be responsible for costs involved in the process of returning your item, such as shipping & handling fees.
- Return & Exchange policy does not apply to sale items.
- We accept exchanges if the conditions listed above are met. In addition, the new item must be available and can't be exchanged with items on our waiting list.
- If you've paid using Tabby, your refund will be handled under the vendor's terms.
- Customers are listed on a first-come, first-serve basis until the maximum number of slots are reached.
- Priority is granted to customers holding a 'Priority' card and go on top of the list. This card is usually awarded to existing customers who have purchased our products before and are part of the VIP list.
